1. Kabul
Scorvi Games uygulamalarını veya web sitesini kullanarak bu Kullanım Şartlarını kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayın ve cihazınızdan kaldırın.
2. Lisans
Size, kişisel ve ticari olmayan kullanım için sınırlı, geri alınabilir, münhasır olmayan bir lisans verilir. Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, tersine mühendislik yapamaz, satamaz veya yeniden dağıtamazsınız (yasal olarak zorunlu istisnalar saklıdır).
3. Hesaplar ve içerik
Oyuncu adı ve skorlar gibi gönderdiğiniz içerikten siz sorumlusunuz. Yasadışı, hakaret içeren veya hizmeti bozan kullanım yasaktır. Liderlik veya bulut kayıtlarını makul gerekçelerle düzenleyebilir veya kaldırabiliriz.
4. Reklamlar ve satın almalar
Uygulamalar reklam içerebilir (ör. Google AdMob). Varsa uygulama içi satın almalar Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden işlenir; bu ödemeler ilgili mağazanın koşullarına tabidir. İade talepleri için önce ilgili mağazaya başvurun.
5. Fikri mülkiyet
Scorvi Games adı, logosu, oyun varlıkları ve yazılımı stüdyoya veya lisans verenlerine aittir. Bu şartlar size mülkiyet hakkı vermez.
6. Sorumluluk sınırı
Uygulamalar “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde; kesinti, veri kaybı, dolaylı veya arızi zararlardan sorumlu olmayız. Zorunlu tüketici haklarınız saklıdır.
7. Fesih
Bu şartları ihlal ederseniz erişiminizi sonlandırabiliriz. Siz de uygulamayı kaldırarak kullanımı bırakabilirsiniz.

1. Acceptance
By using Scorvi Games apps or this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the apps and uninstall them.
2. License
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reverse engineer, sell, or redistribute the apps except where mandatory law allows.
3. Accounts & content
You are responsible for content you submit, such as a player name. Illegal, abusive, or disruptive use is prohibited. We may moderate or remove leaderboard or cloud records for legitimate reasons.
4. Ads & purchases
Apps may show ads (for example via Google AdMob). Any in-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and subject to those stores’ terms. For refunds, contact the store first.
5. Intellectual property
The Scorvi Games name, logo, game assets, and software belong to the studio or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
6. Disclaimer
The apps are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Termination
We may end access if you break these terms. You may stop using the apps by uninstalling them.
